Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order changes & cancellations

Because we confirm and prepare orders after your request, contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel. Orders already shipped or out for local delivery may not be cancellable.
